Detailed Description

Colour Customisation Service

* Choose as many colours as you like from the Enchanted Interiors Colour Chart
* Receive an image of your requested changes for approval prior to printing (max 2 revisions)
* On approval your customised wall stickers will be printed and dispatched

This service level is ideal if you are confident in the colour changes you want and will require 1 proof and no more than 2 revisions.  On receipt of your completed colour customisation form we will proceed with the changes and send you a proof to approve within 1-3 working days.

Colour Consultation Service

* 1-2-1 colour consultation prior to completion of Colour Customisation Form via Email
* Choose as many colours as you like from the Enchanted Interiors Colour Chart
* Unlimited number of changes/revisions until you are happy
* Receive an image of every revision of your requested changes for approval
* On approval your customised wall stickers will be printed and dispatched

This service level is appropriate if you would like to discuss and receive some advice on creating the perfect colour scheme for your chosen wall sticker design.  We will contact you by email within 1 working day to discuss an overview of your requirements and offer advice on colour selection/completing the form.

HOW TO Order the colour customisation/consultation service for your chosen nursery wall sticker design(s)

STEP 1: Find the design you want out of the many we currently have listed within our website and add it to your shopping cart

STEP 2: Select from either the Colour Customisation Service or Colour Consultation Service options and add them to your shopping cart

On receipt of your order we will email you a copy of the colour chart and colour customisation form together with clear instructions on how to proceed.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

On receipt of the completed colour customisation form we will implement your colour change requests and send you an image to approve. Once you are happy with the changes we will then print and dispatch your colour customised nursery wall sticker designs to you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

* On receipt of the completed form Enchanted Interiors will complete your colour change requests within 1-3 working days.

* Depending on the extent of the work custom orders typically dispatch within 5-7 working days.

Important Note: The nature of colour representation on the internet means that colours cannot always be shown accurately. This is due to the way the images are prepared but also due to the colour balance of each individual computer screen/monitor on which the images are shown. Although we make every effort to ensure that the images show an accurate representation of the products colours we cannot be held responsible should the product be brought in order to match items in the home and upon arrive does not do so. Customised Wall Sticker Designs cannot be returned and/or refunded.

All About Our Wall Stickers

All of our Nursery Wall Stickers are in separate pieces enabling you to arrange them however you like in your nursery. We print using a premium self adhesive polyester fabric material which is extremely thin, tear and wrinkle resistant. The tackiness of the adhesive is enough enabling you to remove and reposition as many times as you like leaving no residue or damage to the surface.

Ordering Samples

WHY order a Sample? Of course we want you to be over the moon with your chosen nursery décor and we are here to help with the preparation.  By ordering a sample there is no better way to see our fabric nursery wall sticker designs up close, to test and feel the quality of the material we use and very importantly to check that the colours in the design are what you envisaged and coordinate perfectly in your nursery. 

HOW do I order a Sample? It is very simple to order one of our samples; browse through our many sets of nursery wall sticker designs and select/add from the drop down ordering options "sample" to your shopping cart.

WHAT will I receive? Ordering a sample is the perfect way to help plan the perfect feature wall in your baby's nursery.  All designs valued over £40 are available as an sample. You will receive a miniature sample of the design which is printed on the actual self adhesive fabric material we use enabling you to feel and see the quality with your own eyes. Also included are square swatches of all the colours in the design so you can compare them to background colours of your painted walls and any colours you have already in your nursery.  Please note that our watercolour designs do not have colour swatches included as the colours in the designs are not block colours.

HOW long will it take for my sample to arrive? We try to get all samples out within 3 working days and ship via 1st Class Royal Mail in order to get them to you as quick as we can! 

 

CAN I change the colours? I have received my sample(s) and some of the colours blend in too much with our chosen paint!  No problem... We offer a colour customisation service for a one off fee enabling you to change as many of the colours as you want in your preferred design.  For more information on this service click here.

We are so happy with the way these decals turned out! Wendy was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She customized it to our liking and showed us a few proofs before printing. The shipment here to the US was fairly quick also. The decals turned out beautiful and with such great quality.
