The viewing of products on this web site and mail order purchasing of products from Enchanted Interiors is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed null and void and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

We accept no responsibility for the websites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to this website.

This site needs to use cookies in order to provide a good user experience and can checkout, build a wishlist, and our on-site search functionality amongst other things.

We reserve the right at any time to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the website owned by Enchanted Interiors. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change.

 All content and services on this website are provided on an "as is" basis and Enchanted Interiors does not make any representation or give any warranty in respect of the website and its content.

Colours

The nature of colour representation on the internet means that colours cannot always be shown accurately. This is due to the way the images are prepared but also due to the colour balance of each individual computer screen / monitor on which the images are shown. Although we make every effort to ensure that the images show an accurate representation of the products colours, we cannot be held responsible should the product be bought in order to match other items in the home and upon arrival does not do so.

Images

We try to ensure that the images on the site offer a true representation of the product shown. It should however be noted that our suppliers do from time to time make minor alterations to products which, though not altering the functionality, dimensions or overall design, may affect the exact product presentation.

Payment Methods

We understand the importance of security and endeavour to make our payment processes as safe as shopping in store. We use the latest technology to ensure that all your personal and credit card details remain completely confidential. However we cannot be responsible if through no fault of our own these details are intercepted and used by third parties.

We accept payment by most international credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, and all UK debit cards - Delta, Visa debit, Maestro which are processed via Stripe.

We accept payment via Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & PayPal.

All transactions are in pounds sterling.

Your card will be debited at the time of placing the order.   

Every effort is made by Enchanted Interiors to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure, but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost credit card if this has not been reported to your credit card company.

Gift Vouchers

  1. The Gift Voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  2. Gift Vouchers can be activated with a minimum value of £10.00.
  3. Gift Vouchers can not be used to redeem shipping costs.
  4. Any one Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once.  If the full value of the Gift Card has not been used, this excess value will be lost.
  5. Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for Enchanted Interiors merchandise online at www.enchanted-interior.co.uk
  6. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
  7. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. Once a Gift Voucher has been redeemed no change will be given.
  9. The Gift Vouchers will expire 6 months from date of order.
  10. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
  11. Please protect this Gift Voucher and treat it as cash. Enchanted Interiors cannot be held liable for Gift Vouchers which once purchased, are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
  12. Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
  13. If you have made an online payment with a Gift Voucher (in whole or in part) and you would like to return your purchase, please note that you will be refunded the amount paid by the Gift Voucher in the form of an eVoucher.
  14. Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Voucher service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).

Shipping

We typically use Royal Mail to ship all our products however from time to time we may chose another shipping method appropriate for shipping your order. The delivery method will be chosen according to the requirements of a particular order. All delivery timescales are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.

Our standard terms for delivery within the UK are 3-5 working days from date of dispatch excluding custom orders which can be up to 10 working days depending on the level of customisation.

Our next day terms for delivery within the UK are within 1-2 working days from date of dispatch excluding custom orders which can be up to 10 working days depending on the level of customisation.

On the rare occasion there is a error with your delivery, Enchanted Interiors will do all we can to ensure the issue is resolved on your behalf within a reasonable amount of time.  

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive, but do not include weekends, bank or public holidays.

Failed Delivery

Incorrect or incomplete address:

Where a delivery is unable to be made due to incorrect or incomplete address details being provided by the customer, Enchanted Interiors reserves the right to charge the full cost of the re-delivery. If at that time the customer requests cancellation of the order, we will issue a refund.

Item refused, Item not collected by Customer or Courier was unable to deliver:

Where an item is returned to us due to item refused on delivery, item not collected or unable to deliver due to recipient not at home Enchanted Interiors will either charge the full cost of re-delivery, or issue a refund less the cost of original delivery. This type of return can easily be avoided and the onus is on the customer to notify us in good time of non delivery (within 10 days of notification of dispatch) so that we can determine the reason for non delivery prior to the item being returned to us.

Refunds

Where a product is delivered in a damaged/defective condition, you must notify us within 2 working days of receipt. We are unable to accept claims for damaged/defective goods after this time. We will then request that you return the damaged/defective item to us. On receipt of the damaged/defective item we will confirm the damage/defect. If we are in agreement that the item is in fact damaged, we will dispatch a replacement item.  If we are able to rectify the defect we will do so otherwise a replacement will be dispatched. If we believe that the item is not damaged/defective, we will return the item back to you.

Returns

Once you have taken receipt of your order we offer a 30 days, no quibble returns policy on non personalised or non customised items. Where returned items are returned after 30 days, Enchanted Interiors will offer to exchange the item(s) equal to the total value of the item(s) returned or offer a voucher code equal to the total value of the items returned (valid for 6 months) or alternatively resend the items back to the customer. We do not accept returns once 3 months has passed.

Where you change your mind after dispatch or on receipt, please notify us within 5 working days (or as soon as is practical) of receipt of your order. We expect to receive the items back in exactly the same condition they were sent…  This means if the sets have been opened and removed from the packaging they must be sent back and received in a resaleable condition to qualify for a refund. Given the nature of the product we are very firm with regards to the condition of the returns.  On inspection should any returned items be found to be in a non-resaleable condition we will be obliged to return them back to the customer.   

Customers are responsible for the return postage. UK customers have the option of making their own arrangements to return items or using our Royal Mail prepaid postage labels which incur a cost of £6.95. International customers shall return items via their own arrangements and MUST label the parcel as "RETURNS" on the Customs Label. Items returned via customers own arrangements will incur a restocking fee of £3.95.

All items being returned under own arrangements MUST be sent via a tracked delivery service.

We are unable to accept returns without prior notification. If we receive goods back without prior notification we will be obliged to send them back to you.

All returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, un-used and where appropriate un-assembled.

Items returns in a a unsaleable condition will be returned to sender.

We are unable to issue a refund for any items that have been personalised or customised, unless they are defective.

Regardless of the reason for returning an order you should obtain proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in transit.

Cancellation

Due to all products being processed to order, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours.

Are you under 18?

If you are under 18 years of age, please advise us in your e-mail, obtain the prior consent of your parent/guardian before you communicate with us and ask your parent/guardian to send us details of their e-mail address and confirm their consent. We will send information to their e-mail address and not to you.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not place an order with us. We will be pleased to take an order from your parent/guardian. See “Are you under 18?” for details.

Contract Formation

The products supplied from this web site are supplied by Enchanted Interiors, referred to throughout this website as "Enchanted Interiors”, "we", "us", or "our".

All communications including advertisements made by Enchanted Interiors and all information on this website are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts.

Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you, and is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted and the goods have been dispatched by us. This means that if a product is shown on the website but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Enchanted Interiors will not be obliged to sell you that product.

Zero Tolerance Policy

It is our policy to treat a person the same way you would expect to be treated yourself.  We know that sometimes, things just don't go to plan and we will be the first to accept that mistakes do happen.  Of course, in these circumstances we will do everything we can to put things right. 

However, any aggression, threats, harassment or offensive language directed towards our staff will not be tolerated.  These behaviours include (but not limited to) language (whether verbal or written) that may cause staff to feel afraid, threatened or abused and may include threats, personal verbal abuse, derogatory remarks and rudeness.

On receipt of such behaviour we are obligated to cancel and refund in full any unfulfilled orders with immediate affect.

Prices and Taxes

Value Added Tax: All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. The current rate of VAT is 20%.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to additional customs taxes which will be requested at the point of delivery by the delivering postal service. It is the responsibility of the customer to check prior to ordering and pay any customs charges due.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights including without limitation copyright, design, pictures, logos, photography, text and trademark rights in the website are owned by Enchanted Interiors.

All designs are COPYRIGHT of Enchanted Interiors Ltd. Please do not copy in part or in whole any of our designs. Copyright infringement of any design will be pursued and taken very seriously.

Our Liability

No warranties or representations are made about any products other than as expressly contained in this website. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.

Any liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, including consequential loss, arising from the use of any product purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Our liability for any such injury, damage or loss arising from any negligence or breach of contract on the part of Enchanted Interiors will be limited to a refund of the purchase price of the product together with any delivery charges paid.

Force Majeree

While Enchanted Interiors will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss or delay due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions and postal strikes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to which both parties submit.

GDPR

How do we use your personal information? When placing an order we receive your name, shipping address, billing address, email and contact telephone number.  All personal information is required to process your order. 

For the purpose of shipping your order the above personal information is shared with our chosen shipping agents.
In addition, your information is kept securely with Enchanted Interiors Ltd as a record for Tax Purposes.

At no other time is your personal information shared with any third party.

As a customer of Enchanted Interiors Ltd you can at any time contact us directly to have your personal information removed.
